They wanted 50.00 to mail something that weighs less then 12 oz. Will never use their auction house again

Overall satisfaction with my purchase. Staff was friendly and understanding. The only negative thing I can say is shipping was kind of a hassle. Auction house made it sound like they did in-house shipping, but after the auction I was told that my item was too large and was given a list of shippers. Many of the shippers were not even near the auction house. Being across the country made it somewhat difficult to secure shipping. But I got it accomplished by the nearest UPS store more than twenty miles from the auction house. Shippers were great and very helpful. Cottone described my item well with a brief description and photos. I would bid with them again, I just would like to see auction houses either do their own shipping or have appropriate shippers near their auction site.

Overall the quality of service was good tho a bit over-complicated-several phone exchanges were necessary to get everything done. only negative was shipping-yeah the painting was large and weighed 30 lbs-but $750 worth for Ground??? 5 days in transit. Trying to shop a better price would have been even worse. Just bit the bullet. Everyone WAS nice and I am pleased with the purchase.

Overall quite satisfied with the purchase. it's a nice old guitar. It did come with a fairly lengthy surface crack not mentioned in the description. But other than that, nice old guitar with no real surprises. Thanks, Jim

Brilliantly packed and that's no easy feat with this clock weighing 73lbs, no damage of any kind, auction house sent me extra photos to address questions I had, which helped me decide to bid. Very pleased!

It was a real pleasure to have done a transaction with them. Follow up was quick and just. They greatly packaged the item and i received it as described in the auction. I will follow them from now on for sure.
