Simple Transaction
This was my first experience with Main Auction Galleries and from start to finish it was perfect. All of their Terms and Conditions are laid out for you in order to know what to expect if you choose to bid. Their description of their items is well worded and for my winning it was 100 % accurate. My item arrived well within the guidelines provided and was packaged quite well in order to provide the protection needed. I highly recommend Main Auction Galleries.

Bad packing
The usps box wasn’t sealed the bag inside usps was sealed but the way watches are not taped to the wrapping and the Elgin fall on the floor, it cause the back cover to separate and the crystal get damaged and the watch has no life at all!!

Main Auction Galleries are Great to work with
They respond very quickly to any call or email and make pick-up of items easy, even while being located on a very busy downtown street. They are definitely customer friendly.

Non-existent Customee service
I have messaged the auction house 4 different times over the span of 3 weeks and have not received a response. I have paid for my item as well as the high shipping cost and still have not received any communication about when it will ship. This is crazy that you pay all this money for fees and you get 0 customer service in return. I don't think they monitor their messages through liveauctioneers. I have also emailed but they just sent a generic email saying to pay a shipping invoice even AFTER I have already done so. There is no way I could in good faith recommend this company. For reference I have won a firearm through them and again have had next to 0 good communication about when they will ship my item.

Main Auction Galleries is reputable and service oriented.
Main Auction Galleries knows how to run an auction. Items are accurately represented with age, condition, provenance, and price. They have a knack for finding unique and highly collectable pieces. Service is friendly and helpful.

Great Auction house to work with
I buy a lot of items at different auction houses and it’s rare to have one who is willing to hold your items months to help you save on shipping. They were more than willing to help and very attentive to my questions. Hope to buy from the again.

Main Auction Galleries is so easy to deal with.
Main Auction Galleries always makes pick-up as easy as possible. Even though going downtown is sometimes difficult, I know that once I get to the Gallery, that they will go out of their way to bring out my item quickly so parking is not a problem or even that I have needed to get out of my car. They are always so friendly. I would highly recommend them.

A pleased repeat customer
I have purchased a variety of items from this auction house on multiple occasions. I have used a local UPS shipper; I have driven to pick pickup items myself; and, I have had my items picked up by a commercial service-Main Auction Galleries has facilitated each of these various pickups without their ever being a problem. They have been helpful in assisting with loading when I have made the pickups myself. All of my experiences with this auction house have been superb.

Great Communication
Had a good experience with Main Addiction Galleries. They had a hard to find item and I was lucky enough to win the bid. They provided me with local shipping companies and I was able to receive the item fast. I can highly recommend these people.

Nice item for good price BUT slow to respond to several inquiries
Eventually received the item but it was pulling teeth to get information I needed. Will probably look at upcoming auctions, but don't know if I'll bid again.
