Non-existent Customee service
I have messaged the auction house 4 different times over the span of 3 weeks and have not received a response. I have paid for my item as well as the high shipping cost and still have not received any communication about when it will ship. This is crazy that you pay all this money for fees and you get 0 customer service in return. I don't think they monitor their messages through liveauctioneers. I have also emailed but they just sent a generic email saying to pay a shipping invoice even AFTER I have already done so. There is no way I could in good faith recommend this company. For reference I have won a firearm through them and again have had next to 0 good communication about when they will ship my item.

Great Auction house to work with
I buy a lot of items at different auction houses and it’s rare to have one who is willing to hold your items months to help you save on shipping. They were more than willing to help and very attentive to my questions. Hope to buy from the again.

Main Auction Galleries is so easy to deal with.
Main Auction Galleries always makes pick-up as easy as possible. Even though going downtown is sometimes difficult, I know that once I get to the Gallery, that they will go out of their way to bring out my item quickly so parking is not a problem or even that I have needed to get out of my car. They are always so friendly. I would highly recommend them.

A pleased repeat customer
I have purchased a variety of items from this auction house on multiple occasions. I have used a local UPS shipper; I have driven to pick pickup items myself; and, I have had my items picked up by a commercial service-Main Auction Galleries has facilitated each of these various pickups without their ever being a problem. They have been helpful in assisting with loading when I have made the pickups myself. All of my experiences with this auction house have been superb.

Great Communication

Nice item for good price BUT slow to respond to several inquiries
Eventually received the item but it was pulling teeth to get information I needed. Will probably look at upcoming auctions, but don't know if I'll bid again.

Perfect in Every way-Except for me!
I registered, bid, won-and then left to go on holiday. One month later-I realized that I have not received my item-because I forgot about my item.... after all, I just spent 15 days in Hawaii! I called Main Auctions, spoke with Justin, and beaus of my forgetfulness, I told him I totally understood if they had re-listed my items. But they have not! Much to my surprise! He was completely understanding, gave me information to for a shipper they recommend, and now, I am back on track-again! Thank you Justin!!
