-The entire experience with your whole team was superb.-All the questions that I had pre-auction were answered. The auction house even called me to discuss/explain some of my questions.-I had several phone bids and this process was seamlessly executed.-I also had several other absentee bids and they were all executed appropriately.-I also followed the auction on Live Auctioneers where I made additional bids above my absentee bids when desired.-I won several lots and picked them up myself in a U-Haul truck. This experience exceeded all of my expectations. The entire team help me get loaded. They loaded each item onto my truck while I tied them off. Most of my items were heavy and it was a hot day!-I just want y'all to know how impressed I was with the entire experience. Each item was as described. Everything made the trip in great shape. All the items have now been placed into another old garden and they fit in and add fabulously to the hardscape of this garden.-Thank you!!!

It took almost 2 months for a single jewelry lot to arrive from Ohio to California. Very unorganized AuctionHouse. The person that I spoke to was not friendly, and I can say the same for the shipping department. first and last time to do business with this unprofessional establishment.

Very bad experience. No more news once payment is made. No longer responds to emails, almost two months to receive the item. I had to make a complaint to unblock, customer service really disconcerting in the way they contacted me. First and last time with this auction house. The item is otherwise compliant.

We bought a ginormous antique sideboard that was HEAVY! They were ready for us when we arrived and all but loaded it for us. These folks are super on-the-ball!

I purchased a vase from Main Auction Galleries and was dissatisfied with the purchase. They worked to rectify the problem and ultimately found an equitable solution. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

All items were as described and pictured and invoicing and transfer to their third-party shipper was fast. I have had some bad experiences with overpriced third-party shippers, but Elliot at Safe Ship NKY got my items shipped quickly at a reasonable price.

Partly my fault but lack of information for 2 weeks wasn't very professional. Would probably use them again if I buy from main auction house again.

They offered two shippers, neither was good, but Safe Ship NKY was terrible. Paid over $30 for shipping coins that I pay other auction houses $7.95 at most. Pictures weren't good, communication terrible. Will not buy from this auction again.

We love picking up our items here, the team is so helpful and everything is ready for us when we get there. We will be back again soon!
