June 22 sale
Didn’t get item purchased till July 25. No problem taking money. Plus 61.95 shipping. I’ve bought item from others far away only charge 8-10 shipping. Noway selling your money Noway again. Very disappointed

Difficult to unpack, otherwise WONDERFULL! (A)
The only complaint I could muster would be for the package department. When you wrap an item in bubble wrap/paper then encase it in clear plastic packing tape it is VERY difficult to extract without damaging the item. It requires razer blades and patients and I have had items damaged while trying to remove them from the bubble packaging. These items were FINE but still a ********** to get out. I was guilty of this as well and now I use masking tape to hold the bubble wrap on. Works fine when packaging and its easy to remove for the buyer. That is the only thing I think could be improved on so pretty ********** good all in all. Thank you!!!!

Shipping charges are exorbitant.
Accurate descriptions, but their shipping charges are definitely putting money in their pockets.

Unbelievable shipping policy
I won an item for $40. They charged me $40 to ship the item two states away. This item is the length and weight of a roll of pennies. Highway robbery. Beware of bandit shipping trap.

Slow shipping, high shipping prices
It took 2 weeks from the date of my initial payment to receive a shipping invoice. The shipping fee was double what the USPS charged for the packages. If you're not planning to pick up, be prepared to wait and pay a large shipping premium.

Slow and Costly Shipping
I was so excited to win an auction, and hear that they would ship the item in house. However, nearly two weeks passed before I received a shipping invoice, which was nearly double the cost of the (small) item itself. By the time I actually received the item, more than 3 weeks had passed. I received a similar item from Canada for far cheaper and far more quickly.

Rip-off shipping. Extremely high shipping cost.
Charged more than $80 for a priority mail not more than $20. Contacted the auction house, the response was rude and difficult. Stated the shipping charge is normal. I was not the first one. Unfortunately I did not read the review before buying from this auction house.

EXPENSIVE SHIPPING
I was hit with a $32 shipping quote for a small booklet that only weighs a few ounces. After bringing it to their attention, there wasn't much help and after several emails they discounted it $5... To $27. Still outrageously expensive. I won't be bidding here again. Save yourself time AND Money by not bothering with this auction house.

Great experience!
Won a 1920s Singer sewing machine in a fragile bentwood case. Auction house answered all my questions well in advance. Arrived well packaged and complete with accessories. Thanks so much, I love the machine!
