Great purchase but shipping timing was extensive
I love this Moore & Giles suiter. However, the time from successful bid to receipt of the item was over 6 weeks (and I paid immediately). Also, the item needed no major packaging for shipment. However, the item was bubbled wrapped and put into a larger box with foam peanuts resulting in somewhat excessive packaging with related costs. Overall a good experience with some improvement opportunities. Thanks

Nice merchandise... but,
Very slow shipping with slow response to calls & emails. Took 4 weeks to receive my items. However, I will give them another chance... maybe this was just a one time blip.

Won't use Kraft again
I have won auctions with Kraft on two separate occasions. Both times I incurred issues with communication concerning payment. Same question each time getting conflicting or no answers to my question. Sent emails also receiving no replies, in excess of a dozen phone calls before finally speaking with someone to give me correct information concerning receipt of payment and estimated shipping date. This happened with both auctions in which I participated in with Kraft. I have used many other auction companies without any issues. I understand that they are extremely busy post auction and must deal with various issues. That being said I will not participate in any further auctions with them. I wish them well and no doubt they will be just fine without my business, but I would find myself at risk were I to participate in any further auctions with them. So sorry to be the bearer of a bad review

Shipping understandably takes a while but is reaonably priced
I opted to use Kraft Shipping Saint and the item arrived quickly once Kraft's shipping department was able to send it (which took around ten days, not unreasonable given the large number of items in the auction). It was well packed and I thought the cost was reasonable... less than a third party shipper was likely to charge. I have started being a follower of their auctions because I now know that I won't be slammed with an outrageous shipping charge if I win one of their items.

They bent over backwards to make sure everything was handled correctly!
These People helped me more than any other Auction house That I have ever delt with. I have lost artwork due to damage by UPS. this is a very large piece. They set me up with a business that delivers from the auction house to your door without damage and for less money than anybody else would have charged. I cannot say enough great things about them. Kraft's attention to detail was impeccable in all senses. Especially Krafts shipping department.
As a senior, there will come a time to consider what happens to my 50 year collection. Kraft Auction Service would be a strong consideration.

They always have a lot of interesting hard to find items. Shipping in house a huge plus and reasonable Lot of auctioneers on this platform count on shipping as a second source of income Not Kraft Will be back!!

$94shipping for a $130 pocketknife + gees
I was Floored to see after i paid Kraft Auctions that Live Auctioneers tacked an additional $94 shipping on top of Auction fees For a Pocket knife!! I calledKraft to complain as Live Auctioneers has no number to complain and they fixed it, shipping was $30 which is fair as in the past. Shame on Live Auctioneers being Greedy trying to make as much on shipping and charges as I paid for the knife! Woukd have been double! Watch out!

Pleasant and helpful staff
Contacted the auction house for info on shipping (hoping to avoid ridiculously priced liveauctioneers shipping). Phone was immediately answered by very helpful staff who arranged in house shipping for my item. Pleased with the item description AND thevinhouse shipping! Looking forward to buying from this auction company again.
