Auction was 2/1.... I received item a month later??!! Not expecting Amazon-swiftness, but c'mon.... luckily it was not a time-sensitive gift like a Christmas present or birthday present.

After several contacts I still haven’t received my items but I have paid for them.

Disregarding my comment on shipping........ everything else was exceptional. I've been a collector of toys for over 50 years..... and at age 80..... asking me to wait 3 to 4 weeks is a lot. Who knows if I'll be here to open the box when it finally arrives. That's like dyeing the day before Christmas.

Call and Al I was pretty satisfied with the Auction house. The only issue that I have was the amount of time it took from purchase to arrival of the items. it took about three weeks from the time of purchase to the time the items finally arrived. have purchase through. Kraft’s and would feel confident utilizing them again.

Bought a couple of items almost a month ago and still don’t have them.

Although I don't care for buyers premiums I understand there is some need. I have no problem at 10 %-15 % tops, but after selling myself through auctions and what I already paid as a seller it seems too much beyond that. Especially some auctions where prices have exceeded inflation it just seems to be taking advantage of the situation.

Auction closed 3 weeks ago still waiting on shipping. Request an update and got a standard templated email could be 2 to 4 weeks or more. All I was looking for was a updated time frame. They need to work on there communications with the customer more. It would be a much better experience if they would keep the customer updated as the process goes on. Maybe they could work on an auto system that would do updates automatically for them and where the shipment may be in queue to be processed and invoiced. I totally understand businesses and the processes that run them. They just need to work on their communication with the customers and it'll be better for all

I was prepared based on the online reviews for an overly expensive and quite delayed shipping experience. Fortunately, neither of those proved to be true. My only quibble is not being able to get an estimate of shipping costs up front. When I can’t get an estimate of shipping, it causes me to bid low on items.

The most stressful part was no tracking # and not knowing where my order was. Usually when using UPS there is up to the minute tracking available

Took way to long to ship and shipping cost is high. I ship pistols daily for $25 USPS priority. Also pistol right grip is cracked.

The pistol was exactly as described. The only issue I have with Kraft Auctions is SLOW shipping. Most auction companies ship in order of payment. I paid almost immediately and it was almost a month to receive my item. I'm not happy with how long it took to receive my item but the item was as described and was well packaged. Also Kraft did respond nicely to all my complaints:) I'd certainly buy from Kraft again. I'd just have in mind I wasn't going to get my item very quickly. Thanks!!

Make sure the gun you bid on and win is legal in your state because Kraft Auctions will not. Plus $70 to ship a pistol is ridiculous. Will need to seriously think about doing business with Kraft Auctions again.

Fantastic Civil War Period arms. Items arrived in an exceptionally secured box. Items are as presented in the auction. Kraft Auction responded promptly to inquires. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Kraft Auction.

All auction companies charge a Buyers Premium as a percentage of the final price. That is understood. Typically that fee pays the auction company for all their services. Without any warning Kraft charges a fee for Online Payments in addition to the buyers premium. As most companies charge a small percentage for credit card use the addition of a 25.00 fee for online payments is a double charge. The REAL outrage is that I was charged 100.00 for shipping One box that most other companies would have done for far less. I'm tired of paying "extra fees" for everything a company can think of in addition to what is advertised!

The only complaint I have is how expensive the shipping and handling cost for a handgun. I have purchased numerous firearms online and the shipping rate on the firearm i won was easily over double of what I have ever paid prior. The unfortunate thing is the cost of shipping isn't known until after you won and paid the winning bid amount and the auction fee.
