Item was great just as it looked not broken or anything great condition a piece of my history when I was younger that I can I will cherish for ever, the best auction company and I really love it ty kraft for being great I would definately recommend this auction house I have to say they are very nice and and will answer any questions they will have check out their auctions you will not be disappointed ty so much for all you have done to make a girls dream come true.

Accurate description, great price, lovely condition. I choose in house shipping and the packing was exemplary. It did take a while for processing but getting it in perfect shape is more important than getting it quickly.

Shipping was fast, descriptions within the lots were excellent. However, the bidder's premium is very high at nearly 30 %.

A + auction house. Item exactly as described, packed with great care, and received in Connecticut within a week. I'll definitely do business with them again.

Only giving Kraft 2 stars because of the cool factor of the item I bought. Bidding, paying was easy. A representative called me a couple days after the auction and asked if I wanted the item shipped to me, I said yes and send me the shipping invoice to pay like most other auction services to. Same guy called later that day and asked if I was going to pick it up. "No I told you this morning to ship it". "Oh yeah thats right". Then he calls me the next day and says it cant be shipped and that he has to take it to Illinois and can ship from there. Gave me the option of setting up Uship or something if I wanted to handle that. From there on out until the driver picked it up, it was a headache. This guy wouldn't answer his phone for me or the driver to confirm location pickup and times available. I eventually contacted Kraft's office in Illinois and a day later was told it looks like everything is fine, girl didn't even ask what I needed. Like 3 days later guy # 1 calls me back to tell me he's in Illinois and because he didn't hear from me he left my item in Colorado. The Uship driver was on his way! Eventually we both wound up getting ahold of the seller's company. What a headache. I will be avoiding any of their auctions in the future. Luckily I had a cool Uship driver that handled it and got it to me. $700 cooler I better make good use of.

Shipping Costs were outrageous and twice as much as other services for the same item.

I won on 7/12 and paid on 7/14 and still waiting for my item. It was shipped and then returned to sender and was told there was a hazardous sticker on the box? They were going to ship it again. I've called left 2 messages no response and talked with someone and they were going to look into it and get back to me and a week goes by no contact. I called and left a message with the person again and still waiting to hear from her. I also sent a message online and never got a response and I guess I may have to dispute charge with credit card company since I'm not getting any response back on where my pistol is at. I've been waiting to leave a review but 6 weeks and still no idea when I will see it or hear from anyone.

Can't thank them enough. They offered to bring our won items to South Carolina prior to bidding. We won several large items that would have broke the bank to ship. Conner net us as planned at a safe location and unloaded by the back of our truck. Thanks again to Conner and the Kraft team. Andrew
