Excellent variety of listings, informative descriptions, easy to reach by phone if necessary, prompt reporting of auction results, very prompt shipment of items, very well packed. I am totaly satisfied and look forward to future auctions.

Antique firearms bidders must know that Kraft Auctions doesn't have a curator. Because of this fact they cannot ship with USPS and for for outside US shopments they also use custom brokers. This results in very high shipping fees. For example, when I won a shotgun from Milestone auctions, a month ago, because they had the proper paperwork and shipped it by USPS transport fees were only 80 . (CAD) This time because Kraft had to ship with UPS and have a custom broker to do the paperwork I had to pay 200 $(CAD) for the transport and over 150 $(CAD) on broker fees. That means I paid 300 $(CAD) more than needed in transport and custom fees. On their site all they say is inhouse shipping, there's no disclaimer saying that they don't ship by USPS and they don't say that for international shipping there are high broker fees involved until you already won the item and they already charged your card. They should disclose the information about the broker fees, the fact they don't have an inhouse curator (or don't work with one) and they don't ship by USPS.

Kraft went above and beyond to facilitate delivery. Saved me time and hassle.

Was a shipping problem and the Auction House replied immediately and took care of the problem. Very honest and fair to work with. Would recommend.

I called after a month (they said shipping could take up to a month) and was told that they didnt get to my auction yet. Two week later, I emailed and was told "we are not sure why you items wer missed. When I replied that I had called two weeks before and basically got no status, this was the second time that this had happened to me, and that they are the slowest shippers of all the auction houses I deal with, he said they must be small auction houses:-(

It ended up being a good experience on a nice item, shipping cost was low but it took about a month for them to pack it and ship.

Kraft was very responsive. Shipped my winnings as stated. When I contacted their office, it was very pleasant talking with them. I wasn't rushed and all my questions were answers.

I've read some reviews stating that the items arrived broken or there were long delays in shipping. It did take over a month for Kraft to ship my item, but it arrived in excellent condition. Not one scratch or ding on it. I'm very pleased.

Shipped items quickly and a decent buyers premium. Can't ask for much more.

Kraft Auction Service was phenomenal to deal with!! Kevin in shipping bent over backwards to figure out a way to pack a very large cardboard sign, with wood backing and acrylic front, into a box just small enough to come under the threshold for a much higher shipping cost. Not only that, but the sign was packed impeccably well. I couldn't be happier. I will absolutely be watching their auctions going forward and will bid with confidence that they will take the best of care with whatever I purchase.

I have decided rather to ship my item, to pick up in person. I have something that I will consigned for a sale

The Datsun 280ZX was stated to have 29, 500 miles. The condition shows it to be more like 129, 500 miles. Car was from Pennsylvania but was sold and presumed to be from No. Carolina. Car is a total disguised rust bucket from front to back. Even the bottom of the rear biller is rusted away. This car was never checked out by the auctioneer before going to auction. It has air conditioning as well which was never mentioned in the listing. Where is my title? I have not received it yet. The auction house, Kraft Auctions, stated that it was delayed because of the COVID 19. Are you allowed to sell a vehicle without first having legal title to the vehicle? I feel I should be able to get all my money back for this rust bucket. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU BID WITH KRAFT AUCTION SERVICE!

20 % buyers premium, taxes, nine dollars for box, 7 dollars for stuffing and then 24 dollars for shipping, this adds too much to the won item

Picking up my item I was helped by a very rude and judgmental member of their office staff. It seems that some of her personal beliefs contradict with some items that they auction off, which she subtlety let me know. Before that point everyone that I spoke to on the phone was very nice.

Will never use Kraft Auction Service again. They really do not access ite items or take detailed photos. How can u put up a lot of 38 knives and take bulk pictures and give an est. of $25-$10000. I paid $136 + 20 % + shipping for about $40 worth of knives. This is their auction description "Lot of 30 vintage folding knives. Lot includes a variety of brands including Schrade, Imperial, Barlow, and more. They all vary in age and condition." 4 knives are in ok shape, the rest have broken blades, pins missing and falling apart. 2nd lot I purchased was in the same shape, moldy sheaths and broken blades. Shipping was overpriced. Auction was Jan. 17. Auction desription says invoice within 3 days, but invoice finally received and paid on 26th, asked about shipping charge and they said they would contact me and I would pay then for shipping, but didn't get the invoice until Feb 9th. Today is Feb. 17th-just received the items today.

No surprises and great contacting. Do not send a ton of email.. succinct and to the point. Plan to do more business with Kraft.

took forever to get a response, had to contactliveauctioneers.com for help. Won and paid for on Jan 17th, didn't get shipped until Feb 2nd, just today (Feb 8th) it arrived at my FFL dealer NOT EVEN IN A BOX. Paid 81.44 for shipping and handling and they couldn't even package it up. Worse experience ever...
