Hi Jeff, My name is Kathleen, and I am the sole owner of Auctions Neapolitan. The person you were dealing with is not the owner. I regret that this review is here and accept full responsibility that the incident should never have come to this. Unfortunately the situation was brought to my attention after it had escalated to the point of this review. I did reach out yesterday immediately upon being told and prior to reading your review, but was unable to connect via the number you have with liveauctioneers. I tried again today. Yes, the policy is $10 per day, but full enforcement has very rarely been done and only if situations become abusive or after someone severely takes advantage by using us as a storage unit for months. In both cases, it is MY decision to enforce or not. In all other cases we will either waive or compromise on a case by case basis. As for wanting to resell your item because we think we could get a better price, that has never happened and never will happen. You did get a terrific item at a great price and that's the way it goes at auction sometimes. We've gained many customers long term exactly because we absolutely do not condone unfair selling or shipping practices. If your decision is to proceed with a full refund, I will contact Liveauctioneers and let them know what occurred.
