Great service and items. I would recommend.

I am so pleased with my purchases, both on Live Auctioneers and through eBay, with the Millea Bros. The items came quickly and were packaged with care. I also really enjoyed the live auction, lots of side bar jokes that made for a fun watch.

This marks my fourth purchase from Millea Brothers auctions and every transaction has been nothing but positive, as was this one. This was an items/category Id never bought before. Was very well articulated/described. Shipping was superbly packed. I'll be back again!

Milea Brothers seems like an auction house that has great items and basically everything worked well. It was somewhat confusing as regarding payment as I wanted to change it but couldn't deal with it. Probably my fault. I did receive several emails from other staff after the fact. However I would say that I would work with them agin.

This is a joint review for the Millea Brothers auction house and Mailbox Store shipper: I purchased several rare fragile unframed drawings from Millea Brothers. I was shocked when ALL of them arrived damaged (torn) despite the fact they had been securely packaged for shipping purposes. I contacted the auction house and shipper. We all agreed the damage occurred due to negligent handling during the “pre-shipping phase” (i. e., after the auction photos were posted and before the items were packaged for shipping). I never did find out exactly who did the damage. I learned that the auction house had stacked the fragile drawings together; placed the stack within a single plastic sleeve; and transferred them to the shipper in that manner. I advised both parties to improve the way in which they protect items during the pre-shipping phase. For example, the handling damage/tears would most likely have been prevented by simply placing a piece of poster board on either side of the stacked fragile drawings. Millea Brothers and the Mailbox Store handled my complaint in a professional, respectful, and accountable manner. They apologized and allowed me to choose between two options: a full refund/return items or a partial refund/keep items.
