Item as described; shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. Very satisfied.

I picked up my piece at their address and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Pickup was easy, but could've been quicker. I did call and had setup a pickup window. I expected the piece to have been pulled and ready, but it still took them more than a few minutes to find and bring forward the piece. That is the worst of the transaction and it did give me time to chat with the other employees. Over all a more than acceptable interaction and situation.

Dealing with Burchard Galleries was extremely easy. I had a few questions about the auction item and they were promptly answered via email. I also needed delivery a few hours away and they recommended the local UPS Store. Charlie from the UPS Store and his associate S. were both so easy to work with and so very careful moving a very old antique such a long way. They went above and beyond so I can only thank Burchard for recommending them. Charlie and The UPS Store have enabled me to have the utmost confidence in future antique purchases from this auction location. The piece itself had some issues that can be expected when not seeing an item in person prior to bidding but overall we are very pleased with the Burchard experience.
