Great experience and quick response.
I recently purchased two beautiful bronze sculptures at a Bouchard Galleries auction, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Both sculptures are exceptional, and the entire process from bidding through the purchase was smooth and professional. Bouchard Galleries offers a wonderful selection of quality artwork and other items, and their auctions are well organized and enjoyable. I was especially impressed with the professionalism and service I received throughout the process. As advertised
Item was advertised. Timeline between auction and actual shipping via FedEx was a little lengthy I thought, but the price was reasonable and the work as well packed as any I have received and better than 95 % of things shipped to me. I shipped thru LA.

Amiable staff
I picked up my piece at their address and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Pickup was easy, but could've been quicker. I did call and had setup a pickup window. I expected the piece to have been pulled and ready, but it still took them more than a few minutes to find and bring forward the piece. That is the worst of the transaction and it did give me time to chat with the other employees. Over all a more than acceptable interaction and situation.
