Flawless from purchase to shipping, amazing packaging in house

Noting but good things to say about the auction house. I had a really good experience with them. The shipping however, was a disaster. Not only was it MASSIVELY EXPENSIVE but Crystal stemware looked as if it had been packed by a toddler. Things were wrapped loosely and taped together almost guaranteeing that they would break in transit. Crystal stemware is usually sent double boxed, but this was put in a very thin single box, which arrived crushed. Nowhere on the outside of the box was it marked fragile. Just horrible. I have submitted a claim with Live Auctioneers so I will see how responsive they are about refunds.

BUYER BEWARE. This auction house featured & advertised this item as authentic apparently knowing it was not. This item is clearly a forgery and the auction house knows it. When confronted, the auction house refused to accept any accountability. Clements advertises themselves as "The Southeast most trusted source for fine art and antiques." I guess that's trust if you like forged artwork.

I have had a very good experience with Clements. As someone who has purchased many items at auction, problems happen: I received my lot and discovered there was an issue. I contacted Clements via email. They responded quickly, stating they would research the issue on their end. We exchanged facts and came to an agreement. I felt that they treated my like they would want to be treated: promptly and fairly. I am looking forward to bidding at the next Clement auction. Based upon this experience I am planning to use Clements to consign some items I want to sell. Sincerely PWM

I absolutely love the billiard chairs I won at Clements most recent auction. They are in perfect condition. And, the staff was very helpful in working with me to identify a day after the Christmas holiday for me to drive (many hours) to pick up the chairs. They were there early to open up, and were very professional. Thank you!

Easy deal with them

A bit of a haul for us to pick up items but they were willing to give us time to schedule the pick up which helped a lot. Large warehouse. Helpful staff.

Just a short drive up from Atlanta, so I picked up the lot. The mirror was exactly as advertised. Friendly staff; they even loaded it for me. I will definitely bid with Clements again!
