99 % of the jewelery I bought is 10 % of the auction reserves or less. Went to sell some of my ruby and sapphire necklaces and bracelets that were listed as unaltered stones to find out every one had been glass filled and treated. Was basically told it was useless junk, they would give me $800 for about $60k of what I bought from these guys. Real scammy

Having never bid on anything before, I was unsure about the whole shipping thing. I found their price to be fair (as I look around other auction houses others charge way too much) and the item arrived Fed Ex and required a signature.

Images seem substantially edited compared with items (eg, ring bands not smooth and rounded as shown) and frankly rings look and feel very chesp like costume jewelry. The ruby ring center stone is very loose and the setting appears to be for a different shape and/or size stone that was loosely placed. Looks very cheap and low quality. Don’t believe the appraisals given in listing. Overall very disappointed, unfortunately one item was my dog hitting the phone right after the other item and I had no idea how to cancel the bid. Very disappointed and expensive mistake.
