Super fast shipping!
This was my first time bidding on an item in Israel. I have to so I'm super impressed with Pasarel. I received my items, shipped to the United States in 5 days. Incredible. I've never received an item so quickly even when bidding on items in my own country. They sent follow up emails and were fantastic. 100 % happy with this experience.

Impossible to pay for my invoice i. e. no secure payment link and no way to pay via. paypal.
I am sure they OK if there was Pay Pal or a secure link.

I highly recommend Pasarel!
I am very pleased with my purchase! Pasarel Auctions was unfailingly helpful and responsive. They did an amazing job with packing and shipping, and the cost of shipping was quite reasonable. The work of art that I purchased at Pasarel is the first work of art that I ever purchased at an auction house outside of the United States, so I had some concerns. But they did an amazing job, and I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Clear and Communicative
Great item-was clear in the listing and although they did checkout in their own method they were very quick to let me know they received and shipped my item super quick. It was also packaged very well. I am very satisfied with the price paid too. Would def check out their auctions again!

Some nice looking bricks.
While the preliminary descriptions were accurate, 8 of the 10 items are not working cameras. Usually you get an “untested”. Overall communication was very good.

Great Experience
My experience with Pasarel was great. They were easy to communicate with and provided quick shipping. The only issue I had was with US Customs and DHL not being very responsive to assisting with clearing my item through customs. This was not Pasarel’s issue though.

It's a beautiful painting but..
This painting needs a deep cleaning if it survives the procedure. You made this painting much cleaner n brighter then it actually is. I was disappointed but now I'm determined to make it beautiful again. Thank you for the challenge.

A fine professional organization!
Professional, courteous, efficient employees and procedures. Cannot recommend this auction house more highly. I had some misgivings because of their location in Israel-but the whole process of bidding, paying and receiving merchandise was easier than many U. S. auction firms I have dealt with. Highly recommended. Very pleasant people. Wish some American firms were as efficient and caring! RHL

Be careful what you purchase
Terrible packaging. No care was put into shipping a $4, 000 item. My item was damaged during shipping and Pasarel has been unresponsive. Cost me hundreds of dollars to fix. Live Auctioneers has also been slow in responding.

Correct and pleasant auctions house
Pasarel is a great auction house to work with. The items are well described and photographed. If you still need additional information they are happy to provide you with more details. The after sales is also correct, on time, and when you have specific requests responsive. Furthermore, the shipman is easy to follow through the local website of the postal service. In in all, a great experience, and the items I was able to obtain in their auctions are great.

I NEVER received my items that I spent 5, 000.00 on!!!!
Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company. They have not sent me my items that I spent over 5000.00 US dollars …. all along PROMISING to send them. BUYER BEWARE. This has been 7 months and supposedly LIveauctioneers have “stepped up” the investigation. I have yet to hear from Liveauctioneers …. once again …. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Could not be more pleased
