The buyers premium is excessive however I adjusted my bids to accommodate. I would have liked more than just one photo however the description and condition stated was accurate. This indicates to me they are honest. Unlike another auction house whose policy is not to include damage in the description and is your responsibility to determine from the one photo they post. I am satisfied and pleased with the rings and the experience with Brunk.

I will never buy from this auction house again. $62 to ship 2 perfume atomizers in a ridiculously huge box. Refused to use USPS flat rate large for $21.00. Unfortunately, I am unable to post a photo.

I am satisfied with the items I purchased, but the payment process was clunky and they took a very long time to ship even though I only purchased one lot at the auction.

Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase of art glass from this auction house. I usually bid through Liveauctioneers, but in this case I paid an even higher premium for doing so. To avoid an additional 3 % fee (not included in the stated premium if using a credit card), I mailed them a personal check. Shipping cost was very high, but after receiving the package, I know Brunk Auctions used utmost care in making sure my piece arrived in great shape. In the future, I would bid by phone directly with Brunk Auctions. I was very pleased with my purchase.
