They do NOT answer their phones
Do NOT do business with this company. After several calls, someone finally answered and was difficult to understand. The shipper I found on my own has not been able to reach the gallery to pick up the item I bought and paid for almost a month ago.

Item Won at Auction was mistakenly sold to someone else
NY Auction informed me that the item I won had been mistakenly returned to the seller and sold to someone else. It was very disappointing since the item was to have been a gift.
