A very smooth and professional experience
Oakridge was very professional in their communications with me in organizing shipping. I had never had to organize a UPS pickup before and they guided me through the process and worked with UPS and me in a very professional manner to ensure the three cameras I purchased were well-packaged and shipped with care. I am very pleased with my auction experience with them and will definitely be returning in the future. They exude a very professional and upscale auction house level of service and responsiveness and I am grateful for such a good experience.

An auction house with very high quality pieces.
The Chinese auctions are always filled with superb lots. The high definition photos are also very helpful. Excellent company with a beautiful showroom.

I had no problem with payment and everything was fine. I have bought at 107 auctions according to live auctioneers. The UPS store 7256 that was recommended was the best outside shipper I have ever used. I was able to pay over the phone and he kept me informed on each step of the process. He even sent me photos of the item and a description! He picked up the item on a Thursday the day after the auction and sent it out Thursday night. Saturday it was at my house and I live about 7 States away. The cost was reasonable and a note it was less than of a competitor's estimate. I have added this auction house to my "follow" list for I know there will be no surprises when it comes to the final cost.

Oakridge Auction Gallery should not be in the business. People work there are dishonest. Cheater.
I would never do business again with this dishonest company. They are corrupt trying to charge you whatever they didn’t sale. They sending you an invoice that I didn’t bid and charging me from my credit card which I agreed to let them held $3000. It is required by the auction house so they can guarantee they will get the money they require buyers to agree them held $3000 before the auction started in order to be approved to participate their Auction. I trusted them paid them $3000 in advance. I never dreamed what they did to me. Fortunately, I dispute the charge when the charge was on pending. Lesson learned. Never do that again

Helpful and prompt to answer questions
I was a little confused as I thought, while watching the auction live with audio, that I had lost the bidding on this item so when I was notified that I had won I contacted them to make sure. They were easy to get ahold of and friendly and assured me that I had won which was good news. (There was an audio lag with the streaming that confused me.) They were helpful with finding a local shipper. Thank you!
