We got no help at all from this company regarding the declared value, resulting in having to pay an extra $500 + in duties and fees, for NOTHING! All other companies are always happy to help. We are happy with the item and it's a miracle it was not damaged as it was so poorly packaged. Obviously, they show no respect to antiquities. We will NEVER EVER buy from these guys again and looking at the number of terrible reviews they have on google, it's no wonder. Customer satisfaction is what makes a business successful, and they have a lot to learn.
