has made two purchases from our company. For his first transaction, he successfully paid using the PayPal link provided on the invoice. For the second, he reached out to express frustration that we had not charged the credit card he had on file with LiveAuctioneers. However, as we have explained, we do not — and have never had — access to stored credit card information through LiveAuctioneers. Due to the nature of our business, including the sale of firearms, LiveAuctioneers classifies us as high-risk and restricts certain features, including access to stored payment methods. At the time of invoicing, we also provided a notice listing five different payment options, including the option to simply call our office. A dispute was not filed until two weeks after the auction, at which point no payment had yet been received. Please also note that buyer’s premiums are standard across all auction houses and are not unique to our business. As stated previously, we accept all major forms of payment.

Belton, I have reviewed your only invoice with our company, which is from November 2023, it was only ammunition and it was shipped directly to your house, there are no other invoices from our Auction House.
