I cannot review the item because 3 weeks after payment, it still has not arrived or even been shipped... but apparently that is their shipping policy. If you're okay with kind of timeline, then you might be happy. I was hoping for something a bit more expedient (longest shipping time in more than 1, 000 transactions) and therefore would not choose to do business this way again.

I bought two items from Activity Auctions of which one product, a Rolex Diving Helmet Display was shipped right away, it was received and I found out it was a fake, an obvious fake. When contacting the Auction house and highlighting this they denied of course because the consigner was a very trusted person but they did not speak about the product itself though I pointed out the differences to the real product. Meanwhile two other Diving helmets appear on their auctions which were all different, still they didn't admit or accept my claim. I said ok, I will write it off and call it a day, saying that I will not return to buy anything else from their company. The second product, a Baccarat Crystal clock, that was apparently shipped the same day when the helmet was shipped, March 20th but a month later I have to follow up with them to look into it. They do and find out that the product was apparently damaged during shipping but tracking showed that the product was not shipped at all. Anyways they get back to me saying that they will replace the item with another item, give me some free credit and ship it out, I agreed to that just to close this matter. That was in April, in June I reach out to them again since nothing was shipped. they say that the package has now (5 weeks later) been assigned a tracking number. I follow up again and no response. Its June 12th and no package yet. I sent an email again that I want to be refunded. First a counterfeit product and then they fail to ship out the other product. A total loss and disappointment.

Although generally live auctioneers is very good. In this instance, the customer service refused for 6 days. Prior to the actual auction to give me the name of the auction house. So I could contact them 6 days in advance to retract my bid. Further, when they finally did, it was the day after the auction. And I had no way of knowing when the auction was at that time. I explained I had given them many emails and 7 messages by phone that they ignored in the auction house. At that point, who refused to honor retraction, unless life auctioneers would reach out to them, and they wouldn't. So I got stuck Further, they never even sent me the item

BAIT AND SWITCH MERCHANDISE!!! The “autographed” Diego Maradona jersey I received is a fake. The signature isn’t even a good fake. I couldn’t tell from the auction photo, because the auction used a photo of a different jersey than the one I received. The jersey in the photo, the signature looks like it could be real. The jersey I got, not even close, they didn’t even try to make it a good fake signature. There are other ways to instantly tell the jerseys are different. The jersey shown in the auction listing had a number “10” on the front, above the signature. This jersey has no number “10” above the signature (or anywhere on the front). As promised a “COA” was included, and it has photos of Maradona “signing the jersey”, but the jersey he’s signing in the photos are yet ANOTHER different jersey than the one I received or the one in the auction listing!!! That’s THREE different jerseys involved here — the one shown in the auction listing, the one shown on the COA, and the one I received! How could a credible auction house not notice these obvious discrepancies, and list such a blatantly fake item in good faith!? I recommend you STAY AWAY from this auction house, if this is what they sell!!

I asked for some other rolexs that just said date not datejust. I've asked twice. No results. I don't think my $7000.00 rolex is real. I know the band isn't.

I tought you can get items for a good price, but the auction is electronically without confirming if your are really competing with someone. At the end I end up paying $478.44 for a guitar (imitation) that regular price is $284.99. If you bet a price that is not convenient to them, lot will passed and you loose your time.

I ordered this before Christmas. It should’ve gotten here by Christmas. I paid too much for shipping and of course didn’t get it till today. Ridiculous. Kind of a

IVE BEEN BUYING FROM AUCTION HOUSES ALL OVER THE COUNTRY FOR YEARS NOW.. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER LEFT A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. PAID ALMOST $500 TOTAL FOR A LOT OF VINTAGE JEWELRY. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE LOT, IT WAS ALL MODERN JUNK. NO A SINGLE PIECE THAT WAS IN THE PICTURES. THEY TRIED TO SAY IT WAS A STOCK PHOTO, AND I WAS BUYING RANDOMLY SELECTED JEWELRY. NO WHERE IN THEIR LISTING FOR THE ITEM DID IT SAY THAT. THEY DENIED A REFUND. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE AGAIN.

Although I LOVE Activity Auctions, this item was misleading. The picture shows it's in a yellow frame. Nope. It comes in a box of plates. Wish the picture actually represented the description and picture.

This not my first purchase from these folks-they do right by me each time.

When selling something that is not what it seems it should say so very clearly. It didn’t therefor I bought something called gold but really wasn’t, my mistake maybe, but for protecting the customers it should say when something is fake.

The standard dimensions of a chessboard put out by the International Chess Association is no smaller than 12 "by 12". While the dimensions of the board were not specified in the auction the photograph misled me into believing the chessboard and pieces would conform to standard size. Upon unpackaging the set I immediately recognized that it could only be used as a decorative piece. But I would never use it to play chess on. It ` s just too diminutive.

They respond quickly to concerns I am resolving an issue right now and working with them is wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to correct an issue.

I am very pleased with the content up for auction. The service from LiveAuctioneers and the auction houses on your platform. One issue: in most cases, the buyer’s fee and services fee comes out to be over 25 % on top of the hammer price. I feel it’s too high.
