She went above and beyond in helping me with my purchases and guiding me through some of the processes I required help with. She handled herself professionally and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, I cannot say that about other auction sites. Thank you for a great experience. Activity Auctions provides a fun and eclectic taste of merchandise to bid on and working with Josefina only makes me want to further my interests in bidding on future Activity auctions. I highly recommend checking them out.

Seamless process with timely shipping.

I bought a beautiful vase that needed to be packed Beth carefully. I received the case in perfect condition. The process was seem less.

Extremely disappointed with this auctioneer. My high bid was ignored and preference was given to an inside bidder who purchased the item at my high bid (which was entered before the other bidder as well). Very unprofessional.

When the item hadn't shown up after a few weeks, I reached out to customer service and received a quick response. Oddly enough, the item showed up the next day.

They never ship the items at the same time and the display case was not the one i purchased. I emailed my concern no response from Activity.
