To ship the watch cost over $90.00 and I had to send a wire from my bank account for payment, which is very inconvenient, i wish they accepted credit card payments

Somehow I ended up dealing with a company called CC Digital, and I can assure you this is hands down the worst experience I ever had acquiring something over the internet. My bid on an item had won, I was sent an email, I paid. All that happened on the May 28./29. with internet speed! Since then the follow up, shipping costs and shipping itself, has been a haze of byzantine bureaucracy. And almost nonexistent communication made this an experience that I will definitely never repeat.

I have not received my merchandise nor have they contacted me despite several phone calls and emails. I have emailed Live Auctioneers and would remark that to date have probably purchased almost $100, 000 through them as a portal to various auction houses. I have also sold approximately $30, 000 over the past 6 years. If they are unable or unwilling to help solve my problems with Ancient Art & Antiques then I will no longer deal through their venue using either direct or another web auction hosting service. It took this company over 15 business days to acknowledge receipt of funds paid one day after auction and after that nothing from them or their so called shipping company

Every picture of the opal pendent showed a chain. However I did not recieve a chain. When I called they said it was for display only. I also felt that the brightness of the stone was different in the picture from what I recieved. This was advertised as "certified estate" It looked more like a new very commercial piece and when you look up the link they are not even called by the same name. I have been had.
