Listing was accurate and thorough; communications were easy and fast.Rivich was our first online auction experience, so now we are spoiled! The photos were thorough and accurate-unlike some places that only have 2 or 3 photos and minimal descriptions, Rivich's pictures and detailed description made us very comfortable with what we were buying. As it happens, we're in the same area, so pickup was incredibly easy for us-we drove to a warehouse, picked up the two dressers and took them home. We did have questions about timing; Rivich was prompt, professional, friendly and responsive. We would definitely be happy to do business with them again.
