The items were very well detailed and the shipping was well packaged and received in a timely manner. I have since bid and won 8 more items and the company has already reached out to me personally to discuss shipping. Very impressive auction house!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Rivich Auction. I had a couple of questions on shipping a large, heavy sectional sofa and their response was extremely fast and their quotes were fair and accurate as well. I also had an issue with my bank over payment and they were very patient and helpful throughout the ordeal. Delivery was sooner than expected and the gentleman who delivered the sofa couldn't have been nicer! The item was in great condition as described and great care was taken with transporting it 3.5 hours away. I would definitely buy from Rivich again in the future. A +!

The greatest of Auction Houses. Very fine items at very affordable prices. The in house shipping is a great value. And the shippers know what they are doing & wrap for sucess. The scale is very vulnerable to damage if not properly packed. Everything was properly packaged with adequate padding. High quality packaging job.

Better arrange your own shipping or check with them first because the in-house shipping was too much.

I had a great experience overall. The packaging was excellent, too.
