Excellent Auction House!!! High Quality Items and Great Communication! I have won several auction items through Clarke Auction Gallery and have consistently had a great experience. All items won are of high quality.

I won a fairly expensive book. I had the book shipped to me via UPS. UPS informed me of an issue with the book, that the seller failed to mention. I informed the seller prior to shipment, and the seller said that they didn’t think it was an issue. When I received the book, sure enough, it was an issue. When I again informed the seller, they didn’t seem to care.

Clarke Auction Gallery was delightful to do business. My questions were replied to immediately.

The front office always answers my questions, the experts know their facts and are usually available. Although not skilled in auctions myself, I feel secure in plowing into one after visiting during preview hours, asking questions, then working the auction from my home. The payment and pickup have always been made clear to me, therefore successful. I've brought friends with me, others have done the walk-in on my recommendation and all have enjoyed their experiences.
