First time experience with them and not disappointed. They had an expensive, difficult to find item which I was very excited to win. I did work with them to change my payment method after the fact. But resolved to my satisfaction. I had difficulty with arranging my shipping but they were understanding and accommodated my schedule. All good and I was very pleased.

On line photos of items are crucial to being able to make informed decisions as to whether or not to bid on something. There were ample photos showing each piece including an area of damage (two photos of this)

I was very wary about buying such a delicate item from so far away. However this was packed impeccably. It took a little longer than I’d expected from paying to it actually being shipped, however that’s only a very minor point. On the whole a very good experience. Thank you.

The necklace was tested and was 10k gold but advertised as 14k gold. Falsely advertised!!

I won a fairly expensive book. I had the book shipped to me via UPS. UPS informed me of an issue with the book, that the seller failed to mention. I informed the seller prior to shipment, and the seller said that they didn’t think it was an issue. When I received the book, sure enough, it was an issue. When I again informed the seller, they didn’t seem to care.
