I was very wary about buying such a delicate item from so far away. However this was packed impeccably. It took a little longer than I’d expected from paying to it actually being shipped, however that’s only a very minor point. On the whole a very good experience. Thank you.

The necklace was tested and was 10k gold but advertised as 14k gold. Falsely advertised!!

I won a fairly expensive book. I had the book shipped to me via UPS. UPS informed me of an issue with the book, that the seller failed to mention. I informed the seller prior to shipment, and the seller said that they didn’t think it was an issue. When I received the book, sure enough, it was an issue. When I again informed the seller, they didn’t seem to care.

The front office always answers my questions, the experts know their facts and are usually available. Although not skilled in auctions myself, I feel secure in plowing into one after visiting during preview hours, asking questions, then working the auction from my home. The payment and pickup have always been made clear to me, therefore successful. I've brought friends with me, others have done the walk-in on my recommendation and all have enjoyed their experiences.

Beautiful Mikimoto brooch and earrings. Clark Gallery provided accurate photos and description. They answered my questions promptly and the items delivered without delay and they were even more beautiful than pictured.
