I will place your auction house on my "to follow" list-I don't have many that I trust-yours I do.

Tried to save money by picking up the items-should have realized I was in trouble when I saw that it was a "warehouse" operated by mom. pop and a kid that couldn't count out winning items (although he said he did. Should have counted them right here in the store. Was shorted one entire lot-though NONE of the lots were identified properly. Agreed (or so I thought) on a fair refund price, but when check did arrive it was short by $5. How cheap, but consistent for this shady GARAGE outfit. You've been warned....

Won the items, paid immediately, and never shipped. That was 6 months ago. I've called several times and it's always an excuse as to why my items haven't shipped. They couldn't verify my address and allegedly called (but I have no missed calls) and the lady was always "on the road" or "going to the warehouse tomorrow to check" and never called me back, emailed, or anything. I got ripped off. I'm angry and frustrated that I've been scammed.

Great customer service and smooth transaction. Only one small suggestion: some listings had plenty of descriptions, while others listings state "as described". It would help if there was a little more detail. Overall, great experience. Thank you!

Mid-Hudson auction house was very honest & accommodating. They went way beyond the bare minimum required. I hope to bid & win more items from them in the future. It was a very enjoyable experience. Item far exceeded my expectations in speed off shipping, condition & beauty.

I'm thrilled with my winnings and the auction house was very easy to communicate with, and very kind. It's a pleasure to do business with an auction house that takes it's customer service seriously.

I used Live Auctioneer's shipping partner for simple checkout. It was quick and easy. The items were perfectly packed and arrived on time with UPS. Items were as described and no issues.

These people had "In House Shipping" on the listing and on the notice that I won. I paid the bill and heard nothing. three weeks later I got a call from UPS store 1757 billing me $144.00 for shipping. My piece was released by them without notification or options then they claim they didn't know who shipped to me. They tried to blame Live Auctioneers saying they have no control of their listings. In my opinion Joanne is a liar at best and more likely a crook. She has no idea who she releases other peoples property to?? That is a lie that she put in writing. She doesn't see her listings say In House Shipping and Not Ship With Live Auctioneers? That's either a lie or negligence. Disgusting customers service. No owning mistakes in this company. Just pass the blame to Live Auctioneers. I would highly suggest you not bid with them.

While not necessarily the fault of Mid-Hudson, in general shipping costs for items won at auction have become excessive. It's as though they know that they have you over a barrel and will charge whatever they can get away with, shipping charges often eclipsing the cost of the item purchased. Good way to cool down, dare I say freeze, the online auction market.

I called to ask about payment and shipping auctions and got instant and valuable responses. These people know their stuff.

The celt I bought was described as ancient, which it is not. It's an obvious fake. No reply to my request to return it. Appears that they are just cons. They couldn't even keep their lies vaguely straight when writing descriptions of the piece. Be vary wary.

I received an item with significantly smaller dimensions than listed in the product description. The item is 1/3 smaller than listed. They scammed me by charging the price of a full sized product but sent a much smaller one. When I reached out for help (with photos, measurements, and screenshots of the original listing dimensions) they were very rude and are refusing to issue a refund on the product. Now I’m stuck with an unusable piece that I spent hundreds on. STAY AWAY.
