Everything about this transaction went perfectly with just one exception, and that was the bidding process. There was no indication that there was a reserve price on this item until I placed a bid and was told that I hadn't met the reserve. I started increasing my bid and continued to be told that I hadn't met the reserve. I got the same response on my last bid (the maximum I was willing to pay for the item). So I was incredibly surprised when I got notice that I had won the item. I know from past experience that Jasper52 typically has reserve prices on their items. To be very honest, I usually do not bid on items with reserve pricing indicated in the listing (where it should be noted, in my opinion). In this case, it was not noted in advance.

Item was exactly as described and I’m very pleased. Packaging, prompt shipment and process was excellent as well. Certainly would purchase from them again.

I purchased two bracelets that has shipping cost was $17.50 for each. They combined the shipping and charged me $35 for shipping for combining two small boxes. Ripoff!
