I purchased a jacket that, once received, turned out to be missing the internal patch. I would like to clarify that the patch is an integral part of the jacket — it contained four original autographs and the unique numbering of the jacket, which was part of a limited edition of only 500 pieces worldwide. I do not doubt the good faith of the auction house — I am convinced they were unaware that the jacket was incomplete. However, I would like to point out that, firstly, a careful inspection of the product would have been enough to realize that the patch had been removed from the inside of the jacket (there is a very large glue mark and loose stitching where the patch was removed). Secondly, after contacting the auction house, I was not offered any solution. The only response I received was that they were unaware of the issue. I believe that great companies are also distinguished by how they manage issues like this.

The gentleman at Jumbo Auction House whom I dealt with was very kind. It was one of the first auctions I had won, and I was dealing with a lot at the time, a bit overwhelmed with emails and phone calls... he was so calm and kind, explaining what what needed on my end with patience and clarity.
