Nice painting as described.
Every transaction went smoothly, every question was answered completely in a timely fashion. Even dealing with one of their shipping contractors was a seamless transaction. Having previously dealt with auction houses with in-house shipping I was pleasantly surprised.

Never disappointed

Courteous and helpful
The gentleman at Jumbo Auction House whom I dealt with was very kind. It was one of the first auctions I had won, and I was dealing with a lot at the time, a bit overwhelmed with emails and phone calls... he was so calm and kind, explaining what what needed on my end with patience and clarity. I would do business with them again any time!

Awesome auction house and excellent customer service in Socal!
I first hesitated to bid and make purchase from this auction house, so I only selected a few items that I like for decorative art. After the auction, the auction house quickly emailed me the invoice along with clear instruction how to arrange for pick up. The day before I picked up the merchandise, the auction staff kindly put all my items (bubblewrapped) inside of a box and it was a quick and easy pick up process. The items were as described and there is always a hidden gem monthly at this place!

The shipping was phenomenal
I rarely use companies that do not have an in-house shipping department because I live so far away. I have heard, and probably could tell you, some horror stories about trying to arrange 3rd party shipping. Well Jumbo Auction House recommend me a company called SingaPasar Inc. to do the shipping. SingaPasar Inc. was, without a doubt, the greatest shipping company that I have ever worked with. Everything I purchased from Jumbo was packed perfectly, and I could follow the tracking number to see exactly where my packages were. I would use SingsPasar Inc. anytime I do business in the Los Angels, California area that they may cover. They are that good.

Not all auctions houses are equal.
Dealt with this auction house many times picked up myself and had items shipped always get what I bid on and win, No surprises can’t say the same with other places.
