Incomplete item. I'm not saying it's the auction house's fault, but...
I purchased a jacket that, once received, turned out to be missing the internal patch. I would like to clarify that the patch is an integral part of the jacket — it contained four original autographs and the unique numbering of the jacket, which was part of a limited edition of only 500 pieces worldwide. I do not doubt the good faith of the auction house — I am convinced they were unaware that the jacket was incomplete. However, I would like to point out that, firstly, a careful inspection of the product would have been enough to realize that the patch had been removed from the inside of the jacket (there is a very large glue mark and loose stitching where the patch was removed). Secondly, after contacting the auction house, I was not offered any solution. The only response I received was that they were unaware of the issue. I believe that great companies are also distinguished by how they manage issues like this.

We recognize that the internal patch was significant to you, but it was not visible in the listing nor mentioned in the description. We encourage all buyers to reach out with any specific questions prior to bidding, especially when certain features are critical to their expectations. In this case, no inquiries were made regarding the patch, and the item was purchased based on the information provided. Thank you again for your understanding.
