I had trouble finding a reasonably priced shipper. They stepped in and located two. But the price was still three times the cost of the item. The auction house understood and offered to remit costs minus the premium fee. I was delighted that they did the right thing on their own initiative though they were under no obligation to do so. I have nothing but high marks for them.

Jumbo Auction is very good, very professional and the staff are well-versed and courteous. Shipping is always a problem when the Auction House outsources it. Long delays in pick up, extra charges, high rates, bidders feel gouged. I wish Auctions would handle their own shipping-take a percentage, yes, but make shipping less painful for bidders.

The delivery is very efficient. I am still waiting my won items of January 2019 from other auction firms.

Immediately after the auction, I pay and informed both the shipping and auction house that I will take delivery in a month, as I am out of town. Both accept without question. When I took delivery, I am afraid that the shipping company did not follow up closely. A total exchange of 52 messages is required until I receive the parcel. I received all items in good conditions but sure a better follow up is required.
