From the start of looking at the item, through the entire bidding process, to receiving the item at my home, this transaction was first-rate, on-time, easy and a great deal on top of that. I don't see how it could have been better!

At very reasonable cost, they handled shipping in house, and packed items very carefully.

As to the items in this auction that I won, I was very happy with them, and the packaging of them for shipping worked well. There was a glitch in the shipping, in that the first time the items were shipped out, somehow the label got torn off. I think that was a USPS fault, and not the auction house, but when I reached out to the auction house, they were on the case and provided me with the revised tracking number. So, overall, I think I will be bidding with this auction house in the future.

My search it s over-I finally found and Purchased McCoy Astronaut Cookie Jar that arrived in PRISTINE CONDITION! ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! This is the cookie jar all collectors wish and hope to own. Absolutely STUNNING Cookie Jar! One of a kind cookie jar that any true cookie jar collector would wish they owned. Great communication with auction house. Dana J Tharp Auctions arranged for in house packaging and shipping of winning item. Auction House did an awesome job packaging this beautiful cookie jar so it arrived in Perfect condition! This was a smooth and easy process to bid, pay, and get the item shipped. I've had many bad experiences with having to pay outrageous amounts for packing and shipping but this was reasonable and smooth.

My only problem is many companies give you updates as to where your package is. Unfortunately I’m not sure if I’ve been charged for shipping or where my item is and don’t have any idea as to when I can expect my delivery. My only contact is to request a review about my experience. How about you send me my item and then ask how it went.

Unpleasant experience. Never again will I Bid from this auction house. Clueless on where things are and then after a couple weeks ups store said they found it a sending right out and Zip... Zero... nothing delivered.
