I have purchased dozens of thins from Live Auctioneers over the past few years. This is the first time I have left a negative review. The seller made the item unavailable to the shipper for pickup for months. Seller did not respond to emails over the course of several months from me or the shipper. When she finally surfaced, saying she had been moving, she was extremely rude and condescending. I have had to file a dispute with Live Auctioneers and with my credit card company. Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing anything online, period. I am sure she will respond to this review with something snarky similar to her emails. Bid and buy at your own risk.

assured it worked. Got it home.... main mechanism is broke. itll cost me another $500 to $600 to fix.:/guess thats the risk

Cold not have been more helpful! Payment was easy. Picked up the items myself, and they were so helpful in packing and helping with some large bulky items. And the items were great-in perfect shape, and exactly as advertised. Will definitely be back!!!

I bought a pair of vintage earrings and was appreciative of the thorough description and great photos. Also, they were very accommodating and friendly when I called to arrange a pick-up time. I picked up my jewelry in person and had a great, totally seamless experience!

Had several conversations with Denise and she was very professional and educated me on the items that I purchased. I look forward to visiting her store and will being doing more business with her. The lamp I bought was a custom piece that I have never seen, it will make a great addition to my living room. They are part of a large antique mall, so you will see a lot of other cool items.

Fantastic customer service and Denise really went out of their way to help me out when it came to shipping the product.

There are a few quirks about this auction that may worry you, but you should not let it! It will work out. They don't take credit cards, but I paid with Zelle and that was fine. The shipper they used was slow, but the prices were good and the people friendly. Denise herself was very responsive and kind. I am extremely happy with my rug and would not hesitate to buy from Luxurious Treasures again.

Seeing the picture of these center pieces took me back to my childhood-my grand parents had a pair just like them and loved them very much. They would only use them during very special occasions. I had a million questions, and Densie was so well informed, patient and honest, that I had no doubt I would be very satisfied with my purchase. I received my pieces quickly and safely, and they have been making me smile every time I see them on top of my mantle. I purchased two items 4/5, paid 4/16, received 8/10. They did not respond to communications. The only reason I finally got my items was the shipping company, who also had trouble with the auction house. Will not bid there again.

I presumed that they would handle in house shipping and accept credit or debit cards. Evidently I've been spoiled by another auction house and it did not occur to me to check these details.

You are dealing with a wonderful proffesional woman who's family has a long reputable career in the antiques business. A little issue with a problem with my payment was handeled with grace and warmth. The Chanel necklace purchased for my daughters graduation was a spectacular find at a great price. I will work with her again.

I purchased these trying out live auctioneers for the first time and have been searching online for a few months for this specific design of plate. I was unsure and skeptical of the set but went ahead and made the impulse buy anyways. I have to say i love them and used them on more then one occasion since I viewed them and picked them up.
