Super NIce Buying Experience With Fellows!
An experience bidding on and buying two nice jewelry pieces on Fellows Auctioneers recent Fine Jewelry Sale. From the very excellent lot descriptions and fine, numerous catalog images to the carefully packed prompt shipment my experience with Fellows was a joy and pleasure. The actual auction process was very well organized, the bidding process was a breeze, and the Fellows payment procedure was very convenient. We had one question which was answered promptly. When our items arrived we were thrilled and delighted. We could not be happier with Fellows and look forward to participating in their next auction. Definite a seamless, FIVE STAR experience!!

Still have not received my items from February
In the past I have had consistent positive experiences with Fellows, BUT they sent my last auction winnings from this past February (5 months ago) to an incorrect address. Tracking shows the items were long since sent back to them. They initially were very apologetic, but have stopped all communication with me and it seems I am out both my money for two pieces of antique jewelry and the items. NOT very professional at all Fellows!

Very poor experience, item still not received after 3 months
I still haven't received my item which apparently has been lost in the post. I also haven't received a refund yet although they told me on the phone I would receive one. Also, my invoice hasn't been marked as paid even though I paid over 2 months ago. Really bad service.

Bid directly with Auction house
If you want to ensure you are the winning bidder do NOT rely on Live Auctioneers as their live-bidding platform has flaws. During this auction I was the “winning” bidder on a lot but later notified by the auction house that Live Auctioneers was incorrect. Live Auctioneers STILL has me listed as the winning bidder a lot I did not win.

Excellent description, efficient follow through and beautiful item
Excellent experience with Fellows. The item was exactly as described and the photos were clear and accurate. They sent shipment of my item in motion immediately after they received my payment and although I live in the US, my purchase, which was sent from the UK, was delivered to me within 24 hours. The item I received is absolutely beautiful. I am extremely pleased with the entire (seamless) transaction and would happily purchase from them again.
