This time they took 22 days and two phone calls before sending my items. In a previous occasion they took a month and finally they could not send one of the items because they could not find it in their warehouse! For payment I don't appreciate that they don't take Amexp.

I received two invoices for different amounts for the one item. I had already paid the first when the second arrived for a lower amount (no VAT-I am in Australia). I queried twice without any response. I tried agin by emailing Fellows via the link to 'the auctioneer' through the live auctioneer site. Still no response. It appears I have overpaid and that there is no intention to reimburse me or to credit the overpayment against future purchases. What is worse is that there is clearly no intention to answer my queries. This is very disappointing especially as I am a repeat customer. I will not buy from Fellows again.
