Be careful what you bid on. Never received this item

I buy a lot of silver on LA and rarely find an auction that won't stand behind their sales. Weight was off by about 10 % and they simply said "oh well, we are sorry but not making it right." No problem. My $150 loss is a warning to others.

I bought two prints at this auction house. The description stated two prints both signed. After paying, it turned out that only one print was signed and the other print was a matrix. The auction house replied that they had no responsibility for what they put in the auction description, that they were not responsible for anything and to let me read their terms and conditions. I argued that I only got one print for $1200, that it wasn't fair. The response was uncompromising, we don't care, we can put whatever we want in the auction description and it doesn't have to be true, it's in our terms of condition. So the logical conclusion is that the auction house is quite knowingly lying and cheating and they are already pointing this out to their clients in their terms and conditions. I would therefore like to draw the attention of other customers to this falsity. I hope that the inexorable hand of the market will decide and this auction house will soon disappear. To make matters worse, they refused to remove the glass from the print, so the print came completely ruined because the glass broke and cut the print in many places. So for $1, 600 I got nothing at all. UPS store, we're told will send a check to a US address somewhere. I live in the Czech Republic. Bank transfer is supposedly not possible, only a check to a US address. I have been shopping on liveauctioneers for 15 years, but I have never experienced this. Be mad at me all you want, but I feel like I'm being robbed and they feel like they are thieves!!!

Bought 3 gold watches. One was marked as 14K Gold Filled on arrival. Other was marked as Gold Plaque (Plate in French) and the Third, well at least that one was actually 14k gold. But two out of the three were not real, auction will not take them back despite being shown that watches are not real. Had to file a chargeback. Beware of these thieves.

Items were exactly as described and pictured. Used LiveAuctioneers packing service and items were beautifully wrapped and packed to ensure a safe delivery. Would bid again with Gallery 332.

I asked for a condition report on a pair of Nymphenburg porcelain statues. I was told that the items were in excellent condition. When I received the items one of the figures has a small part of the bow on her shoulder missing. This would not have shown on the images posted on line and would have been apparent if they were looked over for any apparent condition issues. I asked about the condition of these sculptures twice, I was told they did not see any damage. There is damage and they are not standing by the condition report that they gave me. Terrible business practice. If you cannot trust an auction house to stand by their condition report why bother doing business with them?

Listing photos greatly oversold the color and vibrancy of the actual piece.

The item I paid nearly $1760 for was described incorrectly as "The artwork is housed in a modern, silver-colored metal frame with a fabric-wrapped liner under glazing." but THE ITEM WAS NOT FRAMED.

Offered to pack my item for collection, which was helpful, but the packaging was NOT adequate and the item arrived damaged. Otherwise OK
