I won a very nice piece of jewelry and called Lot 14 to ask a few questions and make payment. I spoke with Yolanda and she was very helpful and polite. She took the time to answer all my questions. Ian, the owner, was very responsive to my questions and the requested paperwork. Shipping was very reasonable and very fast! I saved this auctioneer and will be watching for other great finds.
