everything about the transaction went very well. post office took the long way in delivering my check, but the auction house shipped the art the same day it arrived. every question I had was answered quickly and satisfactory. art was packaged very well. wrapped, wrapped a gain, bubble wrapped, with more packing paper inside and over sized box. they didnt ask for my first born to cover shipping like many other auction hoses. extremely reasonable. I'll buy again.

Fine service
I won a lot consisting of 6 items on Friday, I paid my invoice on Saturday and told Lot 14 I could use the items at an event I was attending next Saturday, and the items were delivered on the following Friday in time for the event. The service could not have been better.

A costly hassle
The listing said all games were CIB (complete in box) when many were missing the manuals. Some had broken cases which wasn't mentioned. One game was missing altogether and was just an empty case. Meanwhile they charge 23 % premium and 3 % card fee and you have to call to make a payment. Also shipping is very expensive.

Lot 14 Shipping
The Shipping by LOT 14 was by far the BEST I have ever seen. I have made online auction purchase from MANY sights and LOT 14's Shipping was BY FAR the most superior to ANY of the others. The individual items were nicely tightly wrapped and protected. But it did NOT stop there. THEN everything was neatly packed into the larger shipping box and great care was made to protect the smaller individual items. Keep in mind we are talking an 8-10 Lbs. Transformer shipping with thin plastic items. Everything was protected from the other items GREAT JOB Lot! !!! i WOULD recommend to ONE & ALL!!!
