I have participated in a number of their Auctions and have never had one issue whatsoever. On the phone they are very professional, friendly and helpful and I would recommend any bidder to trust LOT 14.

Ian and his team are very responsive and do a wonderful job. I have bought multiple lots from them over several different auctions and everything has been as described and arrived in a timely manner in perfect shape. I have also just recently consigned a few items with them and the process was easy and everything was handled as discussed. Payment was recieved promptly as per the contract.

Also, impressed that they offer a diversity of listings both vintage and modern across many different areas of collecting. However, no cattle or futures auctions. Lot 14 is the top auction house on Live Auctioneers. Plenty of pictures of all their lots, accurate descriptions, great service and fast shipping. Ian and his team are top notch.

They communicated very well, with quick replies. And they were kind enough to hold my auction items since it was port wine, and I didn't want it delivered to Texas as it was still hot here. And I thought the heat might ruin the wine. They held my bottles with no fee until the temperature was more appropriate to ship. Oh well, the temperatures were appropriate. The items were shipped on time and quickly, and everything arrived incredibly well packaged. And everything arrived safely, nothing was broken, or missing. They were also very pleasant to deal with. I appreciate dealing with people like this. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.
