Counterfeit Watch Sold As Authentic-Refund never issued
In August, I purchased a watch and prior to purchase I asked the auction house if they guaranteed authenticity. They responded that they stood behind the description and that the watch was a genuine Piaget. The watch arrived and it was a fake. I promptly notified the auction house and they agreed to refund the purchase if I returned the watch, which I did. I emailed Cutler Bay and they said they had already paid the consignor and the consignor isn't refunding the money. It has now been over three months and there are no updates. Think twice before buying here-even with a so-called "guarantee".

poor communication
I have purchased from Cutler bay a numbers of times and generally it has been a struggle. Last about shipping-I was charged a huge fee though I selected to arrange own shipping. They said I had to contact Live Auctioneers, this went back and forth till had to contact auction board in FL. Very hard to get up with and non responsive. On last purchased tried to charge more than winning bid. I will probably not be bidding with them again in future-you much trouble-not trustworthy.

Insatisfacci ó n total
Me he sentido totalmente olvidado por la casa Liveauctioner. Despu é s de realizar el pago se olvidan del cliente totalmente. No prestan atenci ó n alguna y no me ayudan con el serio problema que tengo. Un portal muy deficiente. No lo aconsejo. En cuanto a la casa de subastas Cutler Bay me han desantedido completamente y no se comunican conmigo a pesar de los m ú ltiples intentos de contactar con ellos.

I found the Auction was conducted in a fair and regulated process.
I personally would purchase from this seller again if there are items I am interested in. It was a very good experience. Freight was high, but not a stupid price. Over all a very honest Auction.

21 days later, no items, and no response to email or voicemail
I purchased three items from CBA on March 19, and paid in full on March 20. The invoice included shipping by CBA. After 14 days I emailed CBA to ask for a shipping update. No response. A day or two later I called CBA and left a voicemail. No response. It is now 21 days after I sent payment. I will be calling Amex today to cancel the transaction.

Shipping item
Reasonable shipping time and cost. Packaged very securely which I was well pleased. The watercolor had a protective plastic shield covering the glass in case of breakage it would have held the glass together and less likely to have damage the work. I will be checking their future auctions for items. Thank you
