Fake coins
I got some Morgan silver dollars as a set and once I got them, I weighed them out and they turned out to be fake because the real ones are supposed to weigh 26 g and these way only 19 very satisfied never going to buy from this auction again!

Excellent Transaction
The received items were as advertised and in excellent condition (only 2 broken beads in a lot of 19), having been well wrapped. Considering they were shipped from Hong Kong, they arrived in a timely manner. I also experienced a payment issue which was quickly remedied by staff. I will definitely participate in future auctions from ThousandPlanet.

Received no alert that my purchase had been shipped. After 10 days, I sent an inquiry, but never got an answer. Purchase showed up approximately 4 days later, still with no notification..

Your bank card will be hacked
The invoice forced me to use PayPal. Then, I was forced to (try) using a credit line, thus trying to get last four of social security number. After half a dozen attempts to thwart this... giving my bank card number several times, I wrote ThousandPlanet and explained that I cannot use PayPal because I will not give my SSN. I got a response, saying I could send the money to his personal bank in the U. S. They sent all the info... meanwhile the bank calls during this process and tells me my card was trying to be hacked. I needed a new card number. So I wrote LiveAuctioneers, explained what was going on, and said I will NOT pay anything to ThousandPlanet. I will not give them my new card number. Why not be like every other auction house and do business transactions/money exchanges through LiveAuctioneers?

We would like to clarify that the “Pay Now” link you received is automatically generated by the LiveAuctioneers system, and it redirects to PayPal Checkout, which is a secure, industry-standard payment platform. ThousandPlanet never sees, requests, or collects your card details or Social Security number at any point in the process. If PayPal asks a user for additional verification, this is PayPal’s internal security procedure, not something initiated or controlled by us. In some cases, banks may temporarily block online transactions for verification, which can create the impression of suspicious activity even when the payment source is legitimate. We’re very sorry that this caused confusion and concern.

I DID NOT get the coins I viewed on bidding site! The ones I bid on were clean and had depth and clarity. The ones I received were not clear. They were super worn and dirty and I was very disappointed! I reached out to the seller and never received a response back! Very unprofessional.
