I purchased a single lot in the most recent sale. They responded to my request for a condition report which was accurate. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service from start to finish. Specifically am impressed how they arranged in-house shipping at a very fair price. Also, shipped within a reasonable amount of time, was well wrapped, and double boxed. Tracking number provided as well. I am now focusing on Firms that offer in-house shipping or will handle shipping arrangements with a 3rd party for the buyer. If auction houses want to build their business, they should focus on owning the process from start to finish. Not a fan of spending time trying to contact outside recommended shippers where I have found a huge price variance occasionally as well as both good and poor packing of fragile items. Also appreciate that they do not charge a processing fee when paying through Live Auctioneers! Very impressed how Anzarado run's their online auctions. Look forward to participating in the future.
