Intervendue is a wonderful auction house. I worked with Martin on an item over the holidays. His main concern was that I find something I would love regardless of price. I was able to text and call him. He was always so kind, helpful and most importantly responsive. I was so happy with the seamless transaction. I would not hesitate for a second to purchase from them again. I can’t thank Martin enough for all of his help and kindness. Honestly one of the best transactions I made!!!!

The piece was just as described. The photos in the listing were very good. I had asked for a condition report and got a response in a very timely manner. All good. It was the shipping that I have some issues with. The shipper they used was on the high side money wise. I could live with that. It was the lack of communication after I paid my bill. I received no notice of shipment, no tracking info, nothing. 3 plus weeks later I sent an email asking about the status: nothing. Low and behold almost a week later I finally get a notice that the item has an expected delivery date of some 3-4 days later from a shipper.

This item was just as described and a delight to see. The shipping was quick and the people were a delight to work with.

The item I received was much smaller than I expected due to confusion over the dimension units in the listing. Turns out this was a poor transcription by Liveauctioneers of the information supplied by the auction house. They were so nice about it I decided to keep the item anyway so, overall, I would happily do business again.

I won a beautiful Victoria bangle and I contacted the auction for shipping options. They were extremely helpful and very nice. They shipped my bangle for a very reasonable price and it got to me in perfect shape. If there was more than 5 stars they would be the ones deserving it.
