Extra fees and costs
My winning bid was $40. The total cost including fees, shipping, handling, was $76.00. Credit card fees were almost $10.00 (6.5 % higher than other credit card processing fees). Not sure what the Buyers premium covers, but it can be up to 30 %. I’m new to auctions so perhaps I was surprised where others used to the process expected the additional costs. At least the auction houses are transparent about most fees and costs.

Bidding Process
I use this auction house frequently but find the bidding process could be more transparent. Many times the bidding closes with my bid labeled leading. The next thing I know the item is marked “Lot Pending.” I can see that I was the leading bidder but then I find I lost the lot and it was sold at my maximum bid placed well before the item was on the block. Sometimes the lot has been “passed.” I observed that at the Last and Final I’ve remained the leading bidder. I just don’t get it.

Difficult to contact
I contacted them many times with no response. I didn’t feel comfortable with the process due to their poor communication. It was concerning to me.

Beautiful ring
I love this ring so much. Quality is perfect. The auction process was easy. I missed out on a few pieces but I could not afford more money. I will continue to try and win more beautiful pieces.

Shipping and Handling is way too expensive
My item took almost a month to arrive and the shipping and handling charge was outrageous. Considering it was shipped USPS Ground, it should not have cost as much as it did.

Beautiful, Quality Pieces
I have participated in several auctions with AWS. The photos are accurate and I have not been displeased with any purchase. The bidding process is swift and I appreciate the added time in late bids. Payments are accurate and shipping is very timely. I will continue to explore and bid their auctions.

Turqoise Stones fell out after 1 ware
I wore my turquoise bracelet for on afternoon and lost two of the stones while I was out. It appears that it was glued in with no attention to detail. Will not buy again. I was not impressed with the quality of the other pieces of jewelry I received. The estimates are inflated.

Auction easy to follow. Once I was notified that I won the items, I let them know it had to be shipped. The items arrived nicely packaged and came in no time. Great experience.

Cheap
I only wore this bracelet I purchased a few times. The bracelet has snapped in half, and the turquoise does not look to be real, but possibly plastic.

Has been 10 months and items still lost in mail somewhere.
Paid for March 17, 2025 and never received item. Made a few calls a few months ago and had no help Whatsoever like they didn’t care I didn’t receive my $379 worth of jewelry. Have waited a few months more in case the mail found it, but today is January 7, 2026. I need my money back for my jewelry. I habe bought way too much from this auction site to be done that way.

Super easy!
Great quality product-easy to bid and buy. The only thing I might mention as a first time auction buyer is the "auction house 23 %." I am assuming this is common practice and a fair amount. However, I was surprised how much this increased the cost of the item. Again, Im a first time bidder and felt everything was fair and I enjoyed the overall process.
