The Shipping Process is Crazy
Shipping just takes a while and you have to book it yourself, but Chris is helpful. One or two options will respond to you and some will not. UPS is the best option but getting them to answer the phone is a real job and they prefer text to which they may or may not respond. I eventually received my item but had to beg for information to get it shipped.
