This was my first time dealing with this auction house and I surely was not disappointed with the outcome. The O/C painting was as described and the photographs were excellent. The condition report was perfect and eased my concerns about the colours in the painting which turned out to be very vivid. I would certainly highly recommend Berner's Auction to anyone wishing an honest and smooth transaction. I would bid with Berner's Auction in the future.

Description and photos were spot on. Headed down there to pickup and it was a breeze. Checked out their store and also picked up another item. I wish I got the gentleman's name, he was awesome. He helped carry out and load items with me. Had great patience for us as we browsed their store.

These are so cool! They look authentic. I hope they are. Only criticism, and it really isn't a criticism on the auction house, is the tracking never showed where they were. Glad they sent them USPS, and it arrived quickly and safely. Superb packing. Thank you!

In my opinion this is a wonderful auction house. The items are great …. And they add new items up until last day before auction. I like the items they have … Fenton … Capodimonte …. Uranium. And I like the jewelry selections.

Unique items, great experience

Very easy to use. I had a little issue with shipping this time. No issues in past. Once I got connected to the right person it all went smooth.

I thought I got a great deal on a Barbie couple NIB at $30, but shipping was over $58. The auctioneer uses one shipper only who seems way overpriced. They said the high cost was due to the cost of packaging and because it’s coming from East Coast to West Coast. The shipping box was a diy box cut from a recycled box. It was very dented in one spot, not sure if this happened before or after it left the shipper. I would have done just as well or better to buy the item locally for a higher price.

I got a good price on shipping and it all came. Love it

Berner’s Auction was very accurate and very professional in every way. My item was bid competitively and fairly. I was very pleased with the process. Shipping, though, was another matter. The shipping charges from UPS were excessive compared to similar items I’ve received from around the country. This was a disappointment. Berner’s needs to find an alternate shipper
