The description of the Maya Copador bowl neglected to state there were cracks. When the bowl arrived there were huge cracks that must have been present when boxed up. Blue Box Auction claimed one of the photos showed a small hairline crack and blamed the shipper. The shipper refunded the bid price, but not the added auction fee or shipping cost.

I am looking forward buying more from this seller. Everything went smoothly. The object is as described and the shipping fast.

A good auction. Nice staff

I received the Fender Strat today and was severely disappointed. Yes they included 5-6 pictures, but the issues could not be detected and should have been part of the written condition description. There were 10 Pick guard screws missing. I pickups are also very very loose as if they could fall out. The strap peg on the bottom of the guitar is loose and the screw is bent so you can tighten it. There is also a string guard clip on the head that is missing. Overall for 475.00 I feel this was a terrible deal, and most certainly if these items were presented I would never have bid on this guitar. It was clear as day holding it in your hand that all these screws were missing as the pick guard was popped up, but you could not see any of this in the pictures. I guess live and learn.

When I want to bid on something I don’t want to have to worry with shipping-Blue Box Auctions handles all that and at a reasonable cost.

I was very pleased with the item itself, as not only is it pretty, but very useful for my NCR cash register. Blue Box was helpful with regard to slightly disassembling the item for shipping (necessary for my apartment building). The shipping itself was done safely. I'd give the shipping 4 3/4 stars, really. The logistics firm was friendly and helpful, though they did blow the delivery window-only losing 1/4 star because it probably wasn't their fault. Overall, I'd buy again from a Blue Box auction.
