Nice Auction House, Shipping Needs Help
My item was as described and it included 8 pieces. Though they had been bubbled wrapped 7 were loose in the box. Only 1 had the bubble wrapped taped. Several items had some small dings... possible from rolling around during shipping. It is an easy fix for this auction house. Guidelines for packing items properly would take care of it.

Shipping is way too high.
I contacted them after I noticed the shipping amount and told them to put it in an envelope with a stamp and I would be satisfied. Shipping was about the same I paid for the items. Just know that when bidding. I really don't like to give a bad review but in this case I feel it is justified. Thank you

Steven-you're right, for micro size invoices and especially with sensitive shipping items that need to be protected, the ratio of cost to shipping does seem expensive. However, when you leave a review, please be honest. Your invoice was $26.40 and shipping was about half, not the same. Here is the breakdown: (shipping was $4.90, materials and labor $7.44, insurance $2.30, total $15.47). You purchased items that needed to lie flat and be protected (US paper currency) and we require insurance on every shipment to protect our consignors. When you called in angry and berated our staff, to request "just a stamp and envelope" we were making an exception for you and adjusting the invoice (to absorb the cost internally quite frankly)-but you just went and paid the invoice. Nothing we can do there, when you made the decision to pay the invoice before we had a chance to do exactly as you requested. We've now banned you from participating in our auctions going forward.

outrageous hidden shipping fees they force you to pay to receive items
this place charges $20 to ship a single item weighing less than 1 1/2 ounces. doesnt respond to messages. places that over charge outrageous hidden fees on top of the pretty much already outrageous premiums need to go or state costs to potential buyers before locking them into a purchase!

This customer was upset because he didn't win a specified lot, which was accidentally marked on his invoice. He called angry and we tried to resolve it and eventually provide him the winning lot he wanted, but he refused and put a 1 star review instead.
