Consistent as always!
I've purchased many items over the years. The whole process is simple and quick. They always take the time to pack things securely. Quick shipping and great communication are always big bonus. 5 Stars!!

The shipping costs are excessive.
The shipping costs, brokerage fees and CDN sales tax exceeded $350. I would not have bid if I knew this. Lesson learned.

In this case, those charges were tied to the third-party shipping and checkout process connected with the bidding platform rather than set directly by our office. Buyers premium is high
The auction house is good but they charge high buyers premiums on their lots. It's 5 % cheaper to bid on their site but 17 % is still too much. They could do better with shipping costs as well.
