3 out of 4 of the items were shipped, hasn’t refunded my money and stopped communicating. She claims shipping is the issue, but she received the item so why can’t she ship it out? Not good.

The shipping process took a little bit long. Zipriani Auction House required to obtain the approval paper from the Ministry of Culture. However, the shipping process went smoothly after the approval process. The painting is quite beautiful. I will definitely work with Zipriani Auction House again.
