If the auction house does not provide shipping, I would not buy from them. I’ve had some bad experiences with the shipping companies that are used by the different auction houses/recommended.

Very Satisfied with the Items I bought

I requested a condition report and was told the item was in excellent condition, but it had a replaced stopper, they feel this does not matter but in glass it does indeed.

Magnum conducted a great auction for early American glassware. These included the rare of the rate. The photos and descriptions where clear and concise. Participation in the auction was easy to register and bid. Notifications went smooth and shipping was perfect. All the glass was wrapped exception. Recommend Magnum

I love bidding on items from this auction house. They find some of the most spectacular pieces! The entire process is seamless and if you have a question or concern they respond immediately!! Tremendous customer service in every way!

The shipping on the three boxes I received was very expensive. Over $450. I could have shipped the same merchandise via USPS for $240. But magnum chose to use Fedex. I could have drove from Florida to Ohio and back for far less money than what they charged for shipping,. For this reason I will never buy from Magnum actions.

Magnum Auctions is very devoted to insuring that their clients receive excellent results at a reasonable price. They extend the bidding process to allow all bidders time to bid. There is no rushing to close bidding.

My personal opinion? Best auction yet!! Magnum just keeps coming through with the best selections of some of the finest pieces to be found. Certainly, not found at your usual haunts/hunting grounds!! Always looking forward to the next Magnum Auction.... a real treat!!

The merchandise was it as described and it was very high quality the customer service was excellent. I've had things shipped from them before and they were always wonderful but this time I did pick up my merchandise and that was wonderful as well

In 30 years of buying at auctions, this has been, by far, my worst auction experience. I was billed $379 for shipping through Magnum auctions for 2 lots consisting of 11 vaseline tumblers and 9 smaller items including a cruet, toothpick, mini shoe and small 3 "spittoons. Shipping was from Ohio to PA. This amount is so ridiculously high as to be unbelievable! Their reply was that I could have picked them up-it's only 8 hours away. Also, the description for the one lot stated that 4 tumblers had rim nicks. Actually, 6 tumblers had rim chips. Do yourself a favor and don't bid on Magnum auctions.

I have always been happy with my purchases here at Magnum and am now looking forward to a seller's experience. My absentee bids have never been run up to my max so feel like it's an honest sale site!

I just want to thank the shipping team for the time and care each one of you put into our purchases, ignore the negative reviews that small 5 % have nothing else better to do than find fault, if they don't like the cost of the shipping don't bid or purchase in person. There are 96 % of us who do appreciate what you all do cost is very reasonable w/insurance I just had to ship a box 10 by 10 it was $235.00 keep up the great work you provide for those of us who appreciate you. Magnums what can I say the items you provide to us are nothing short of Rare, quality piece that you wouldn't find if it wasn't for Auctions like yours. so Thank you for the service you provide to those of us who can't get out but have the luxury of being home watching your Auction and bidding. It may take time after an auction, but most people have no idea what's involved w/getting paid invoices together w/items to begin shipping it's a long and tedious process to protect each client's items from any possible damage what's upsetting is you clearly post please do not call as we are trying to get all orders processed so for all those idiots who cannot read I want to apologize for them as they have no idea what's involved. Thank you for all my 3 items Hanging cranberry Oil Lamp, Miniature Blue satin ribbed lamp had Hanging Jeweled lamp all arrived in mint condition, oh that's because Magnums has the best in shipping and care about all clients who choose to participate in being a part of the auction. One more thing those who feel the auctions premiums are too high they are the cheapest other auctions are charging up to 35 And 37 % so get a life or don't bid we don't need you when I read the reviews you leave its obvious you have way too much time on your hands.
