Hi Oleksiy, We’re sorry to hear you had a negative experience with Michael’s Gallery. We strive to make our customers 'experiences with our gallery very positive. It is very rare, but if for any reason a customer isn’t satisfied with their piece, we’re more than happy to process a refund immediately. Please know that we’ve been trying to contact you and your bank to verify your PayPal account before we process your refund, but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. It seems that miscommunication led to the delay in your refund processing, but rest assured this has been completed. We’ve been in this industry for over 50 years and sell only high-quality, authentic artwork. We have two employees on our team that inspect and catalogue every piece that comes through our doors before being listed on our auctions. We’re so sorry you were led to be believe the artwork was an original. But nowhere in the listing did we say it was an original. This was a high-quality hand-pulled lithograph with texture and embossing. It was not a fake by any means. This artwork was sold immediately after being returned to us and that customer was very pleased with her authentic artwork. We can understand where the misunderstanding occurred, so we’d like to offer you 20 % off your next order to make this right.
