I am so sorry you had a bad experience with Fedex. We do our best to package and ship as careful as possible. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping companies and the carriers. I would speak to your local Fedex Driver and ask them to leave in a more convenient place. The delivery notes say "Left at the gated driveway".
