Great Auction House
The watches are beautiful, and the in-house shipping service is excellent! It took less than 24 hours to receive the parcel in Canada after the auction house shipped it out from NJ, United States, besides, the shipping cost is reasonable as compare with other shipping companies, thank you!

Great stuff but I don’t see how they can justify the high buyers premiums anymore — it really hurts the overall market, especially the consigners

Small but reliable.
Willow is a small operation but the staff is friendly and helpful. I sent a wire transfer but their bank (Wells Fargo) didn't post it until seven days later. Their in house shipping takes time (27 days post auction to ship) but everything arrived in good shape and the shipping charges were very reasonable. Looking forward to bidding with Willow again.

Very inaccurate shipping estimates
I was given a price range as a shipping estimate. The final bill was $100 more than the top range of the estimate. If I had known this before hand it would have affected how I bid.

Buyer BEWARE
They listed an item as a Persian Silk Tapestry, which it is not. When I received the item it was obvious that this was an artificial silk material. I did reach out to the auction house but they never responded. I would seriously question authenticity of any item that is advertised with Willow. And avoid any expensive item because once its sold they do not have friendly customer service.

We’d like to clarify that the rug was described by style, not claimed as authentic silk. We always welcome bidders to request condition reports or ask questions before bidding — we’re happy to help! Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your purchase. The item in question was listed as a "Persian silk rug or tapestry" with full condition notes: "No fringe, edges fraying... Fading and discoloration throughout." As outlined in our terms, photos are considered part of the condition report, and all items are sold "as is." We’d also like to clarify that the listing did not state the rug was made of authentic silk — only described it using a commonly accepted style term. No guarantees were made regarding material composition or authenticity. We always encourage bidders to request condition reports or ask clarifying questions prior to bidding, especially for specialty or higher-value items. In this case, no condition request was made prior to the auction, and the item was picked up on the buyer’s behalf several days later. The message regarding concerns was received afterward, and while we do our best to reply promptly, we sincerely apologize if it was missed. Buying at auction can sometimes feel uncertain, which is why we work hard to offer transparency, detailed descriptions, and support prior to every sale.
