Dear Sir, sorry that you are not fully satisfied but we are à bit surprised that you just discover it because you have been buying from us for almost 5 years! Moreover, this is indicated on liveauctionner, under EACH object on which you bid, on our website and we reminded you of this at the start of the sale! So if you bid it is that you accept the condition, we are a little team and we can not make the package ourselves. And yes when you buy for almost €8, 000 there is also insurance to pay because you should be one of those who want a cheap package without insurance and will file a claim if there is a problem. Indeed the partners we propose are sometisme costly but it is the price of trust and quality service for this kind of objects. Mr Olivier Harduin is one of those rare (fortunately!) people who contact you before to have paid to find out if they can return the item they've bought. Before they have been even received it! And when you tell him that the famous 14-day cooling-off period is only valid for online sales... he insults you! It's worth noting that Mr Harduin didn't return the item he bought! These remarks on his part are totally unjustified, but with such an attitude it's hardly surprising! He will not buy again at the next sale? Sorry that you are not satisfied. Indeed we do not ship ourselves and we offer two shipping companies to buyers, but you are free to use your own one you wish. Theses conditions are listed on Live auctioneers in the sale’s details, under each item, on our website and we reminded them in English at the begining of the sale. But it is surely easier to criticize than to question yourself. Happy collecting

About the missing item you have been warned that you will receive two differents packets, you even got the tracking number and you neved answered! So you should be careful of what you write.
