Wow! Wow! & WOW!!!
I was so happy with this transaction from the bidding experience to the shipping to receiving it. When I was happier, I won the item to the shipping was already arranged. It was very affordable. I didn’t get killed like some places due, and when I received it, it was packed so nicely fragile all over it. It blew me away. It was beyond expectations. I thank you very much.

All good every time I have dealt with Mynt.
No fault of Mynt but I live in a highrise building, most of the time when I am expecting a package that I need to sign for the postman rings my intercom system for me to come down and sign. The last couple of times they only leave a notice in my mailbox and texts me letting me know that they attempted to deliver but made no effort to ring my phone or my intercom. I would have come down and signed rather than having to chase down our postman wherever he is in the neighborhood. Maybe a note on the package could be made clear to the delivery person to call me or to contact me on the intercom upon delivery.

Wrongfully charged@
I tried repaditly to contact this company, ghosting and very little if any followup concerning a wrongly charged item. I would not recommend anyone bidding on this site. Very risky at best!!

Think twice before bidding on Mynt Auctions.
I have been waiting three weeks for an item from Mynt that was paid for on 27 May and today is 16 June! Unacceptable!

Lied about the size. Said jumbo but it’s a medium.
False advertising. It’s a medium size when they wrote jumbo. Can’t wear it. It’s a tiny looking watch on my arm.

Bought an authentic autographed photo. It wa exactly as described and excellent condition. Packaging was great! Item was put in a larger package which was good because the outer package was damaged some but did not reach the photo which was very securely protected

Fake Louis Vuitton
M51155 Louis Vuitton Luco tote purchased on 4/23/26, received 3 weeks later. Smelled like glue. Looks like it was just made. This bag was discontinued before 2010. I wouldn't trust anything on this website. Giving me the run around about a refund, trying to prove authentication with AI. Laughable. I had purchased and carried an authentic one for years.

Damaged Condition and Won’t Respond to Voucemails or Emails
I’m not sure how to resolve my issue. A $6k amethyst necklace arrived and looked good except one of the 40 + stones had come out of the bezel setting. I brought it to my jeweler the next day thinking it may be a quick fix. None of the bezel settings were soldered and another stone had come out. The fix to make sure they are all soldered would be $1-2, 000 based in time. I reached out to both Mynt and LiveAuctioneers. Was told by LiveAuctioneers that I’d need to work directly with Mynt for a resolution. I emailed and left a VM with Mynt saying I’d like to receive a partial refund to get the necklace repaired or I can return the necklace. It’s been 10 days and they have never contacted me. I think I will now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Please be careful when working with Mynt. I’m shocked that they haven’t responded nor LiveAuctioneers has tried to fix the situation.

BEWARE: UNPROFESSIONAL SHIPPER
I am a FIVE-STAR buyer. Beware of Mynt Auctions! I paid $700 for them to ship two stools. They were carelessly thrown in the back of a old, damaged moving truck. One of the stools was completely destroyed. No respect for property. Do not trust. Unprofessional shipper.

Item sold to someone else
I won the Item and they had said that the Item was sold to someone else and that I had to pick a different item of get refund. They sent me three to four other cards that they said were close to the value that I paid for the one I truly wanted. The other cards that they sent me to pick from was in a later auction and they did sale for less than what I paid. No happy with the switch a roo

Item was sent to the wrong address
The item was sent to the wrong address but I contacted both the shipping company and the company who sold it and it was picked up and finally sent to me the merchandise was just fine.
