Although I ultimately did not require it, the owner was willing to meet me for pickup on a day he was closed for business, which I consider above and beyond. I was also really happy with my purchase, and am already preparing bid on items at the upcoming Orion auction.

this item may function at some point after being serviced. 2 movement chains are inoperable. the case was full of dead spiders. I have hopes to return it to serviceability.

Orion always has high end items in excellent condition at low bidding prices. So easy to work with. My painting is so unique. I love it.

Item is a real ww2 helmet, but had been altered with new decals and paint and made to look original in photos

Purchased this medal from them 2 years ago, Item listed was offered and sold as 12kt gold at 17grams TESTED! I bought this for my father for a gift and he recently died so I received it back, and I have no need for it. Since gold has increased by 35 % since buying (this investment into a commodity) and trying to take advantage of that I took it in to sell, it was tested as NOT GOLD! Upon calling the auction house the person (never identified himself) and informing them what had happened, at first I was asked why after 2 years I was calling, then called a liar and fraud and accused of remaking the piece to get money back. As I explained my concern that I bought a commodity as a gift, it is still a commodity none the less and when I bought it I had no reason to test it. I have included pictures and complete explanation yet the auction house and liveauctioneers have stopped communicating. If you purchase something as is or buyer assumes origin that is one thing, but to purchase a piece of gold knowing that it is tested should qualify as fraud. The auction company should stand behind the items they sell, especially after claiming it is a real commodity. I truly don't understand why they would violate Florida auction laws or not respond to multiple attempts to resolve this issue, which is their responsibility. So anyone purchasing or bidding on this auction house beware they like to sell fake items, not stand behind what they sell and stop communicating when they realize they are wrong. VERY DISSATISFIED with them. Oh and this was my second purchase from this house so not sure what changed or why they cannot accept responsibility for this.

I bought two lots in the December 20, 2024 auction. One of the lots turned over to my shipper was the wrong lot. After weeks of effort and very poor communication on the part of Orion the correct lot was located and finally sent to me. As a favor to the seller I returned the wrong drawing, minus damaged frame and mildewed mats, asking only to be reimbursed for the actual shipping cost. To date, and it has now been more than two months since the auction, the seller has not refunded the shipping cost. I would not consider doing business with this auction house again. Bidders beware.

Fast service, excellent packaging-no issues.

I had a good experience with Orion. Everything was well done. There was even a slight shipping glitch, but I spoke to Mike on the phone and he fixed everything with grace, aplomb, and efficiency. I would certainly recommend Orion and give them all the stars.
