I have used Live Auctioneers to win various auction lots at many, many different Auction Houses over the years, and my experiences at Deker Auctions were among the best I have ever had. Lot descriptions were very accurate, images of the lots were thorough and very helpful, but what really set them apart was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff I interacted with. Aude-Claire in particular was very kind and patient with me as she walked me through the various shipping options that are available with Live Auctioneers, and my winning lot was packed safely and shipped to my front door incredibly quickly at a very reasonable cost. I look forward to purchasing additional winning lots at future Deker Auctions; their front office staff, exemplified by Aude-Claire, are shining examples of what great customer service really means!

I rarely leave reviews but these folks are top shelf and had to write a deserved rave review. Husband and wife team that are simply a joy in every respect. Great merchandise described accurately, photographed well, great communication, eager to help, & simply pleasant to work with. Buy here! Packing and shipping was fast and safe. Further, intelligent packing. Sometimes auction companies make a 6” vase into a giant $300 shipment ~ not here! Three small items shipped for $45. Again, intelligent safe packing and shipping. I can’t wait for their next sale. If you own an auction house then learn from these pros!!

This local auction house was very helpful at all stages. The item I purchased was well described. I was able to pick it up and was given a ride to and from the train station to the pickup point, where Aude quickly and expertly wrapped my purchase for me. Aude and Carlos obviously love antiques and the auction business and were as welcoming and helpful as could be. I've put Deker Auctions on my "favorites" list.

Every once in a while you come across a smaller auction house that achieves everything you'd want in a lot: fair price, easy payment, shipping (fast in my case), and quality item that exceeds expectations. This is what I got here. I'm very satisfied.
