I rarely leave reviews but these folks are top shelf and had to write a deserved rave review. Husband and wife team that are simply a joy in every respect. Great merchandise described accurately, photographed well, great communication, eager to help, & simply pleasant to work with. Buy here! Packing and shipping was fast and safe. Further, intelligent packing. Sometimes auction companies make a 6” vase into a giant $300 shipment ~ not here! Three small items shipped for $45. Again, intelligent safe packing and shipping. I can’t wait for their next sale. If you own an auction house then learn from these pros!!

This local auction house was very helpful at all stages. The item I purchased was well described. I was able to pick it up and was given a ride to and from the train station to the pickup point, where Aude quickly and expertly wrapped my purchase for me. Aude and Carlos obviously love antiques and the auction business and were as welcoming and helpful as could be. I've put Deker Auctions on my "favorites" list.

Every once in a while you come across a smaller auction house that achieves everything you'd want in a lot: fair price, easy payment, shipping (fast in my case), and quality item that exceeds expectations. This is what I got here. I'm very satisfied.

Good people to deal with

Easy to deal with. The only issue was that the listing through Liveauctioneers didn't show any shipping option so, it was only when I called them, it became apparent that Deker has its own inhouse packing and shipping. Furthermore their volume of business allows them to negotiate competitive terms with carriers so they were able to ship me a small table from CA to PA by Fedex for around $100. That made the whole process convenient and cost efficient.

I called them to ask about some doubts I had of some lots, and the owners help me the moment I called, they do help and they are really nice people and I wil keep buying at their auctions. They have beautiful pieces and I do recommed their auctions

I would highly recommend this auction house. It's run as a family business and they treat their buyers like you are part of that family. So often when I buy from an auction house, the costs for shipping are so expensive. Almost prohibitive. BUT with this auction house, they packed the item for me and I sent a label for the shipping. It helped keep the cost down. You cannot do better than buying here! Amazing auction house to deal with!
